Commercial Service Technician (MD, Southern PA, WV and DE)

Position Overview: 

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Service Technician with expertise in Low Voltage, Camera Access, or Fire Alarm installation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting commercial security and surveillance systems. The Commercial Service Technician will work closely with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure the ongoing functionality of installed systems.

On call 6am-6pm Monday-Friday with occasional weekend hours. Territory covers all of MD, parts of WV, Southern PA, all of DE. Employees given a company van, gas card and maintenance card.

• Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections of commercial security and surveillance systems, including Low Voltage, Camera Access, and Fire Alarm systems.
• Respond to service calls and troubleshoot issues with installed systems, diagnosing and resolving technical problems in a timely manner.
• Install, program, and configure new equipment and upgrades to existing systems.
• Provide training to customers on the use and maintenance of systems.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement solutions for recurring technical issues.
