Commercial Superintendent

Job Title: Construction Superintendent

Key Responsibilities

• Lead
  and manage day -to -day field operations on assigned projects
  
• Coordinate
  and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
  
• Develop
  and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion
  
• Enforce
  safety standards and promote a strong safety culture on -site
  
• Monitor
  workmanship and ensure quality control across all trades
  
• Collaborate
  with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients
  
• Conduct
  regular site meetings and provide progress updates
  
• Identify
  and resolve issues proactively to minimize delays and cost impacts
  
• Maintain
  accurate project documentation, including daily reports and logs
  
• Ensure
  compliance with all building codes, regulations, and company standards
  

Qualifications

• 5+
  years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
  
• Proven
  experience managing projects such as commercial, healthcare, industrial,
  or multi -family developments
  
• Strong
  knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and safety regulations
  
• Excellent
  leadership, communication, and problem -solving skills
  
• Ability
  to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
  
• Proficiency
  with construction management software is a plus
  
• OSHA
  certification preferred
