Commercial Team - Associate III

This position participates in the conceptual design and provides full support throughout the entire project. Serves as a lead on specific designs. Liaises with Project Management, other architects, and consultants. Develops and represents lead technical viewpoint on projects. Coordinates with Director and Department Head on appropriate technical solutions and product strategies. Project size differentiates this position from the senior level.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists with design presentations and monitors project design development. Responsible for implementing firm-wide standards. Observe and repeat the design process. Oversees junior staff. Assists project design development with gained experience and lessened supervisor interaction. Provides support to ensure consistent and high-quality design firm wide, with gained experience, and guide junior staff. Performs other duties as assigned
