Commercial Technical Specialist

• Own RFQ intake, technical review, and quote development
• Interpret prints, CAD models, and specifications
• Build pricing models aligned to margin and delivery targets
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and vendors
• Present quotes and follow up to drive order conversion
• Manage customer timelines and expectations
• Identify upsell and cross-capability opportunities

• Degree in Business, Manufacturing, Engineering, Design, or related field and/or equivalent work experience required
• 3–5 years in estimating, inside sales, or technical customer support
• Strong blueprint reading and manufacturing knowledge
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
• Ability to balance speed, accuracy, and customer experience
• CNC machining, sheet metal, or manufacturing services (preferred)
• Experience working with RFQs and fast turnaround quoting (preferred)
