Responsibilities

• Assist with customer and community communication initiatives.

• Participate in community outreach and promotional events.
• Build and maintain positive professional relationships.
• Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities.
• Follow up with prospective customers and existing customers when appropriate.
• Assist with preparing promotional and communication materials.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and outreach activities.
• Communicate customer feedback to appropriate team members.
• Represent the company professionally during customer interactions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
