Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. PMI manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and has over 30,000 customers and 360 clients. We are currently searching for one full-time Community Director for one of our Student Housing Properties to join our team in State College, PA. The ideal candidate for this position will have prior Property Management Experience in Student Housing. A valid PA Real Estate License is preferred, but not required. We will pay for you to get one! Rate: Based on experience.

Hours: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and Friday, 8:00am – 2:30pm.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Oversee overall operation of the property.
• Rent collection.
• Process applications.
• Provide Residents with exceptional service.
• Market Studies.
• Assist other team members as needed.
• Strong Eye for detail.
• Data entry.
• Property Inspections.
• Review and prepare monthly reporting.
• Review invoices for accuracy and process timely.
• Previous Experience with Yardi is helpful.

Prior experience in the multi-family housing industry.

PA Real Estate License is a plus but not required.

Excellent customer service and sales skills.

Valid PA Drivers License and reliable, insured transportation.

High School Diploma/GED.
