Community Liaison - Hospice Sales

Location: Marin County, California
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Position Overview

Seeking a motivated and compassionate Community Liaison to support hospice service growth throughout Marin County. This role focuses on building strong relationships with healthcare providers, referral sources, and community partners while helping patients and families access quality end-of-life care.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, and community partners.
• Promote hospice services through regular outreach and educational efforts.
• Increase referrals and support census growth across the assigned territory.
• Conduct visits with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, social workers, and other referral sources.
• Guide patients and families through hospice care discussions, explaining services and facilitating admissions with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum 2 years of healthcare sales or marketing experience required.
• Hospice or palliative care marketing experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to build and maintain referral relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Clinical experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $90,000–$115,000 annually
