Community Liaison for Outpatient Facility

Position Summary

The Community Liaison for Outpatient Facility builds referral relationships and supports steady outpatient admissions by aligning outreach activity with operational needs. This role partners closely with intake and external providers to ensure appropriate placements and consistent follow-through.

Key responsibilities include developing and updating the marketing plan, growing and maintaining new/existing accounts, meeting weekly admission targets, coordinating in-services and educational presentations, and evaluating referrals for admission criteria and level of care. You will also track referral and admission activity to adjust outreach strategy and maximize referral potential.

Required qualifications/skills:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- 3–5 years of intake and/or healthcare marketing experience
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with staff to support performance expectations and goal attainment

Your day balances planned outreach with real-time coordination. You start by reviewing current referral and admission activity, then prioritize outreach touchpoints and schedule visits or calls with primary accounts.
