Build Relationships That Make a Difference
At Griswold Home Care, we believe the right care can change someone's life.
For more than 40 years nationally—and locally since 1992 in MetroWest Boston and 2001 in Worcester County—we've helped older adults remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes.
Families often come to us during stressful and emotional moments. They may be referred by a hospital, a senior living community, a physician, a social worker, or a trusted professional who knows they need support.
Our role is to be the trusted partner those professionals confidently turn to when non-medical home care is the right solution.
We're looking for someone who can help us build and strengthen those relationships throughout our community.
About the Role
This is a field-based position for someone who enjoys meeting people, building lasting professional relationships, and becoming a trusted resource within the healthcare and senior services community. This is a relationship-focused B2B role, where you will develop partnerships with healthcare and senior care professionals who help connect older adults and families with the right home care support.
You'll spend most of your time visiting referral partners, attending networking events, participating in community organizations, and developing relationships with professionals who help older adults and their families navigate care decisions. You may also occasionally interact directly with prospective clients and families seeking guidance about home care options.
Success in this role isn't measured by making sales calls—it's measured by earning trust. The relationships you build will naturally lead to opportunities to help more families receive exceptional care.
What You'll Do
• Build and nurture relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, physician practices, senior living communities, social workers, case managers, elder law attorneys, geriatric care managers, and other community partners.
• Become a trusted resource for professionals seeking high-quality non-medical home care for their clients and patients.
• Represent Griswold Home Care at networking events, healthcare meetings, community organizations, and educational programs.
• Maintain regular contact with referral partners through thoughtful follow-up and ongoing relationship development.
• Increase awareness of Griswold Home Care throughout our MetroWest Boston and Worcester County territory.
• Learn our operations, caregiver recruitment, client intake process, and care coordination so you can confidently speak about what makes our team different.
• Collaborate closely with our office team to ensure every referral receives exceptional service from the first phone call onward.
Who You Are
You genuinely enjoy connecting with people and building authentic professional relationships.
You're naturally curious and enjoy learning about the challenges healthcare professionals, families, and community partners face every day.
You understand that trust is earned over time through consistency, responsiveness, and integrity.
You're self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing your own schedule while spending most of your day in the community.
Most importantly, you care about helping older adults and their families find the right support at the right time.
Required Qualifications
• Experience building professional relationships and developing referral partnerships within healthcare, senior care, home care, home health, hospice, senior living, rehabilitation, case management, social services, or a closely related field.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and networking skills.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.
