What You’ll Do



  • Build and activate a diverse network of referral partners that produces a consistent pipeline of qualified mortgage opportunities.

  • Grow mortgage referral volume and market share by executing focused business development plans aligned with organizational goals.

  • Strengthen partner retention and satisfaction through responsive communication, education, and timely issue resolution.

  • Convert prospective referral sources into productive relationships by assessing strategic fit, referral potential, and the right Credit Human channel.

  • Expand Credit Human’s visibility and credibility through community engagement, professional networks, educational presentations, and industry events.

  • Use market, partner, and performance insights to improve lead quality, products, services, and referral processes.

  • Collaborate across Home Loans, operations, portfolio management, and marketing to advance growth objectives while supporting quality, profitability, and risk standards.

Experience:


    Required



  • 1 year of Sales Experience related to role

  • 3+ years of Mortgage Experience


    Preferred



  • Marketing and financial analysis experience


  • Business Development Experience




Skills & Knowledge:


    Required




  • Strong communication skills




  • Ability to multi-task with strong organizational skills




  • In-depth mortgage loan knowledge




  • Ability to work in a team environment




  • Ability to work with minimal supervision




  • Strong sales aptitude with proven closing skills

  • Ability to represent the credit union in a professional manner, verbally and in writing




  • Comfortable speaking in front of groups and giving presentations




Education:


    Required



  • High School Diploma


    Preferred 



  • 4-year college degree


Licenses & Certifications:


    Required




  • Registration as Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry




    Preferred



  • NMLS registered


Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm


Compensation Details:


Paygrade: 2CA


The expected pay range for this position is $83,547 – $91,353 annually. 


Credit Human is committed to equitable and transparent compensation practices. Final compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic work location.


This role may also be eligible for:

Job Location: This position is onsite based in San Antonio, TX.


Credit Human conducts employment background checks that may be used for decisions related to employment.
