Community Outreach Representative Entry Level

We are a rapidly growing organization specializing in community outreach, event marketing, public engagement, and nonprofit fundraising support. We are currently hiring motivated individuals for the role of Community Outreach Representative to assist with live events, local campaigns, and public engagement initiatives.

This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, contributing to meaningful causes, and building a career in community relations, customer engagement, and event-based marketing. No prior experience is required—paid training is provided.

Position Overview

As a Community Outreach Representative, you will represent client campaigns at live events and community programs. You will engage directly with the public, share information about initiatives, and help create positive awareness and participation within local communities.

This role provides hands-on experience in public engagement, outreach coordination, and event-based communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit and client campaigns at community events and outreach programs
• Engage with the public in a professional, friendly, and approachable manner
• Communicate program goals, messaging, and outreach information clearly
• Assist with event setup, coordination, and on-site support activities
• Distribute informational and promotional materials to attendees
• Build relationships with community members and event participants
• Support team efforts to increase awareness and engagement

Training & Development
