POSITION SUMMARY
We are hiring an organized and customer-focused Community Relations Coordinator (sales and move-in coordinator) for our premier retirement community, Nikkei Senior Gardens.
Nikkei Senior Gardens, located in Arleta, celebrates Japanese-American culture by offering a blend of Japanese and American traditions, cuisine, and activities that cater to the cultural needs of our residents. This makes us unique in our approach to senior living for Japanese Americans.
The Community Relations Coordinator is responsible for the smooth transition of a new resident into the community. They have in-depth knowledge of the property's products and services, enabling them to represent the community effectively and accurately to referral sources and potential clients. They foster relationships with residents, families, community partners, and local organizations to promote the senior living community and ensure a thriving, supportive environment. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, empathetic, and detail-oriented professional passionate about improving the lives of seniors. We welcome candidates from the retirement living, hotel, and real estate industries.
