Community Resource Representative

The Community Resource Representative (CRR) will be responsible for: 1) obtaining prescriptions; 2) prosthesis, bra and compression garment fittings; 3) submitting insurance claims to the Business Office; 4) supervising volunteers.  The CRR will support the philosophy of the shop(s). This person will be responsible for efficient operation of the Appearance Center while on site.

Required Qualifications: 

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.


• ABC or BOC Certified Mastectomy Fitter, or equivalent experience and ability to test immediately upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in breast prosthesis, bra and compression garment fitting.


• Experience with healthcare billing practices for mastectomy and compression garments.
