JOB SUMMARY:
The Community Sales Supervisor is responsible for developing community partnerships and revenue-generating opportunities that support the growth of A New Leaf's Social Enterprise programs. This position leads the planning and execution of planting bars, mobile plant sales, seasonal campaigns, and community-based sales initiatives while fostering relationships with businesses, organizations, and community partners.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
· Provides day-to-day supervision, coaching, scheduling, and support for the Community Sales Assistant.
· Assists with training, performance management, and development of assigned staff.
· Delegates responsibilities and coordinates staffing for events, campaigns, and community sales activities.
· Promotes a positive, collaborative, and mission-focused work environment.

Duties/Responsibilities:
· Develops and maintains partnerships with businesses, schools, churches, community organizations, and event hosts.
· Identifies new opportunities to increase sales, community engagement, and awareness of A New Leaf's Social Enterprise programs.
· Coordinates and manages planting bars, mobile plant sales, vendor fairs, community events, and outreach activities.
· Leads seasonal sales campaigns including Valentine Roses, Easter Lilies, Poinsettias, and other promotional initiatives.
· Coordinates event logistics including scheduling, staffing, inventory preparation, merchandising, setup, and breakdown.
· Represents A New Leaf professionally at networking events, community functions, and sales opportunities.
· Supports and engages individuals served by A New Leaf during community sales and event activities.
· Maintains event schedules, sales records, and related documentation.
· Assists with merchandising and operational support at Garden Center locations as needed.
· Ensures compliance with agency policies, safety procedures, and professional standards.
· Attends required meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities.
· Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
· Minimum age of 21 years.
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field preferred.
· Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
· Minimum of two years of experience in sales, customer service, event coordination, community outreach, retail operations, or related field required.
· Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
· Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
· Valid Oklahoma driver's license with acceptable driving record.
· Ability to meet all agency background screening requirements.

Physical Requirements:
· Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
· Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and loading/unloading materials.
· Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
· Ability to travel locally for events, deliveries, and partnership meetings.
· Ability to work a flexible schedule including occasional evenings and weekends.
· Must maintain a valid Oklahoma driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.
