Salary Range: $56,000 to $75,000 (Pay is dependent on Licensing and Experience.) 
Shift: Days- Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (8 hours/day) with a minimum of one late evening shift per week. Additional hours, including evenings and weekends, may be expected. 
Sign-On Bonus: $3,000 (paid out after 30 days)  

Position Summary:

This Community-Based Therapist role involves providing therapy to children and adolescents in their homes, schools, and communities. The ideal candidate will hold a Master's degree in social work, psychology, or counseling, along with a valid Michigan license (LPC, LMSW, LLP, or limited license). New graduates are welcome, and licensure supervision is available.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Working with children/adolescent patient populations.
• Therapy is conducted in the youth's community, so therapists must be available throughout the day to travel to the youth's home, school, and community.
• Performs other related duties as required and directed.

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of a Master's degree in social work, psychology, or counseling.

• Successful completion of all fieldwork placements. 
• Demonstrated competency in physical therapy principles/techniques. Field experience in physical therapy. 

• Must possess and retain current Master's licensure by the State of Michigan: LPC, LMSW, LLP, or the respective limited license. (Candidates must have at least one of these to be considered).
• Must meet the requirements for Children's Mental Health Professional (CMHP) within 120 days of hire.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a favorable driving record.

• Paid Holidays: New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, ½ day for Good Friday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after (Black Friday), Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
• Travel: Mileage reimbursement at IRS standard rate of $0.64 per mile when using a personal vehicle.
• Training: All training is paid for by TGC.
