WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Non-Medical Home Health Aide, you'll provide hands-on assistance and companionship while helping clients stay engaged in their daily lives.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility


• Planning and preparing balanced meals and providing feeding assistance when needed


• Performing light housekeeping, including laundry, dishwashing, and general tidying to maintain a safe environment


• Transporting clients to appointments, errands, and outings as needed


• Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional reassurance


• Encouraging participation in daily routines and meaningful activities


• Observing clients and communicating noticeable changes in their condition

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for caregivers who bring compassion, reliability, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to quality care.

Qualifications include:

• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor


• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation


• Ability and willingness to travel within a 20-mile radius to client homes


• Strong communication and organizational skills


• Must have 2 years of caregiving experience
