Job responsibilities:

  • Serve as a compensation subject matter expert for technical partners — translating requirements into actionable guidance and maintaining clear documentation of comp logic and methodology
  • Champion an integrated approach across performance, talent, promotion, and compensation by identifying dependencies and ensuring planning tools and processes reflect a cohesive employee and manager experience
  • Track and manage cross-functional dependencies across the compensation, Product, and Engineering teams to keep planning workstreams aligned
  • Develop and deliver clear, actionable recommendations and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders
  • Document decisions, business requirements, and process changes to support system enhancements and planning cycle improvements

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 4 years of HR and project management experience with strong analytical and data management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, meet strict deadlines, and coordinate across global time zones
  • Demonstrates a methodological approach to problem solving; attempts problem solving first before turning to others for a solution
  • Synthesizes critical information for key stakeholder and senior leader presentations; records takeaways and decisions from regular meetings with key partners
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
  • Self-starter with a proactive, client-focused, and results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Experience supporting or coordinating Annual Planning, budgeting, or compensation cycles
  • Familiarity with HR systems or product development workflows (e.g., requirements gathering, UAT, release cycles)
  • Prior exposure to compensation program design or execution
