Job Description - Compliance Administrator


Achieve Behavioral Health is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Compliance Department.


The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree, strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Candidates should be able to work independently, communicate effectively, and interact with colleagues and stakeholders in a professional and respectful manner.


No prior compliance background is needed: The position is designed to evolve and expand over time


Responsibilities



  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Compliance Department.

  • Coordinate internal calendars, deadlines, and departmental logistics.

  • Maintain accurate documentation, records, and follow-up activities.

  • Assist with quality monitoring and outreach initiatives.

  • Support meeting preparation, scheduling, and coordination.

  • Perform additional compliance-related tasks as assigned.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Power automate

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

  • Professional, respectful, and collaborative approach, with consistent courtesy in all interactions
