Compliance Officer

Grandvue Medical Care Facility is seeking a Compliance Officer to join our Administration team. This position is responsible for overseeing and supporting our compliance, HIPAA Privacy and Security, risk management, emergency preparedness, and quality improvement programs.

What you’ll do:

• Develop, monitor, and evaluate the facility’s Compliance Program


• Serve as the facility HIPAA Privacy and Security Officer


• Coordinate compliance concerns, investigations, audits, surveys, and plans of correction


• Participate in QAPI, safety, risk management, and emergency preparedness activities


• Monitor regulatory changes and help keep policies and practices current


• Provide compliance education and training to staff


• Prepare reports and provide guidance to leadership and the DHHS Board

What we’re looking for:

• At least 2 years of healthcare compliance experience preferred, particularly in long-term care or a hospital setting


• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance principles, and emergency preparedness


• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills


• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally


• Experience with QAPI, risk management, auditing, or quality improvement is a plus

This is an on-site position requiring regular, punctual attendance and the ability to work collaboratively with leadership, staff, regulatory agencies, and external partners.
