Overview

Responsible for independent testing of compliance program
effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Design compliance testing framework

• Conduct control reviews

• Assess AML & UDAAP adherence

• Prepare audit documentation

• Report findings to CCO

Requirements

Experience

• 5–10 years compliance testing

• Experience with AML & consumer protection

• Strong documentation & audit skills
