Job Description - Computer User Support Specialist

CSA is seeking Computer User Support Specialist to support our program, this can be performed on-site from either our Kittery, ME or Mechanicsburg, PA locations.

For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions.  

\nHow Your Role Will Make an Impact:
  • Administer, develop, run tests on, implement, and maintain operating system and related software. 
  • Establish and implement standards for computer operations for compatibility between hardware and software, according to specifications and parameters. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software, operating system, and networking problems. 
  • Schedule, perform, and monitor system backups and, when necessary, performs data recoveries.
What You Will Need to Join Our Award-Winning Team:
  • Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret clearance.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related Information Technology (IT) job; this experience includes providing Tier 1 and 2 help desk support assisting non-IT users for applications
  • CSWF Certification: IA II
