Concierge (Seasonal) Resort Guest Services

 Join our team as a Seasonal Concierge and play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure. In this dynamic, guest-facing position, you’ll provide personalized service by assisting with transportation, coordinating activities, and serving as a knowledgeable resource for resort amenities and local attractions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, problem-solving, and creating memorable stays for guests.

Position Details

• Shift: Flexible (Days, Evenings, Weekends, Holidays) 
• Department: Front Office / Guest Services 

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests and provide a warm, professional welcome upon arrival 
• Assist guests with luggage during check-in, checkout, and room changes 
• Provide resort and guest room tours, highlighting amenities and services 
• Coordinate guest requests, including transportation, dining, activities, and special arrangements 
• Drive guests to and from designated locations, including airports and local attractions 
• Perform scheduled shuttle/van runs in a timely and safe manner 
• Deliver guest messages, packages, and in-room amenities 
• Maintain knowledge of resort events, local attractions, and area activities to assist guests 
• Assist in planning and supporting special events, holidays, and resort programming 
• Answer guest service and bellstaff calls, providing prompt and accurate information 
• Maintain cleanliness of lobby areas, front entrance, and guest service vehicles 
• Conduct inventory and restock brochures, pamphlets, and guest materials 
• Run occasional resort errands and support overall front office operations 
• Attend team meetings and follow all departmental procedures and standards

 What We’re Looking For

• Must be 18 years of age or older 
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record 
• High school diploma or equivalent required 
• Previous customer service, hospitality, concierge, or guest services experience preferred (not required) 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment 
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a guest-first mindset 
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented 

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time 
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull luggage up to 50 lbs regularly 
• Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motion 
• Ability to safely operate resort vehicles 

Work Environment

• Fast-paced resort environment with high guest interaction 
• Combination of indoor and outdoor work, including exposure to varying weather conditions 
• Frequent driving and transportation of guests 
• Requires flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods 
• Active role requiring multitasking and continuous guest engagement
