• Apply decorative flake and quartz broadcast systems
  


• Master complex mixing ratios and application techniques
  

Surface Preparation Excellence:

• Perform comprehensive concrete prep, grinding, and profiling
  


• Apply penetrating sealers, topicals, and densifiers
  


• Conduct moisture testing and substrate compatibility assessments
  

 Position Details:

• Travel: Various job sites and some overnight travel (transportation support available)
  


• Schedule: Full-time with overtime opportunities

Requirements

What You Bring:

Essential Experience:

• 1-2 years in concrete polishing and coating applications
  


• Hands-on experience with diamond grinding equipment
  


• Knowledge of concrete chemistry and surface preparation
  


• Ability to achieve specified polish classifications
  

Technical Skills:

• Experience with resinous/epoxy systems installation
  


• Understanding of decorative concrete techniques
  


• Ability to read architectural specifications
