The Job
This is your way in. As a Crew Assistant, you'll get hands-on with what we do, learn the trade from the ground up, and get paid while you do it. Like the work? There's a clear path to move up into a Concrete Operator role and build a real career.

What You'll Do

• Assist with concrete cutting and core drilling


• Set up, clean, and maintain equipment


• Load and organize tools and materials


• Follow safety procedures on active job sites


• Support the crew and keep jobs running efficiently

The Real Deal
This is hands-on, physical work:

• Heavy lifting (50+ lbs)


• Outdoors in all weather — dust, slurry, noise, active construction sites


• Early starts and long days when the job calls for it

What You Bring

• A strong work ethic and reliability


• Willingness to learn and take direction


• Comfort working outdoors in all conditions


• A valid driver's license (required); you'll need to drive our trucks

Please Note — Drug Testing
We operate DOT-regulated commercial trucks, so this is a safety-sensitive workplace. All candidates must pass a pre-employment drug test that includes THC. Because of federal DOT rules, this applies even though recreational marijuana is legal in Michigan.
