Concrete Sales Representative

JOB DESCRIPTION

ACTIVITIES/TASKS/SCOPE

·        Lead by example that safety is the number one priority

·        Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of ready mixed concrete, services, and products

·        Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service

·        Manage and build account portfolio

·        Review operational metrics to forecast sales and determine profitability

·        Determine price schedules and discount rates

·        Confer with superintendents, technical personnel or other departments to coordinate activities

·        Maintain good customer relations by acting in a professional and courteous manner

·        Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

·        High school diploma or GED required

·        Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience

·        Must have a clean driving record

·        Sales experience in industry or related field preferred
