Confirmation Specialist

In this role, you'll be an important part of keeping our daily schedule running smoothly by communicating with homeowners, verifying appointment information, and coordinating with our sales team. If you're a strong communicator who can multitask, stay organized, and keep things moving, this could be a great fit.

Responsibilities

• Confirm upcoming appointment dates with homeowners


• Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding appointments


• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure homeowner satisfaction


• Dispatch confirmed appointments to our sales representatives


• Scrub and verify appointment details to ensure quality and accuracy


• Work closely with the Call Center Manager to maintain an efficient schedule

What You'll Bring to the Table

• Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute (WPM)


• Comfortable using technology and CRM platforms such as MarketSharp, LeadPerfection, Improveit360, Salesforce, or similar systems. We use LeadPerfection and will train the right candidate.


• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for engaging with people


• Comfortability handling and overcoming objections


• Ability to multitask across multiple screens and internet tabs


• Willingness to learn about our industry and products


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively


• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries


• A friendly, professional, and engaging personality


• Bilingual is a plus, but not required
