Develop new and existing volunteers, raising up leaders aligned with the direction God is leading our church and building teams fully bought into the vision of reaching one more person for Jesus.
Communicate effectively with volunteers and ensure prompt responses to scheduling.
Shepherd volunteers through connection, care, appreciation, and wise counsel.
Collaborate each weekend with the Security and Medical team.
Work with the Planning Team to execute specific service elements and support other ministry areas and special events that utilize the Connections Team.
