Responsibilities:

• Pour, spread, and finish concrete surfaces using a variety of tools and equipment
• Build and set forms for foundations, walls, driveways, and slabs
• Operate heavy machinery such as skid steers, excavators, and concrete saws
• Ensure quality standards and project specifications are met
• Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete projects
• Maintain and service tools and equipment
• Adhere to on-site safety guidelines and protocols

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in concrete finishing, form setting, and/or equipment operation (10+ years)
• Proficiency with construction tools and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• A Class A Commercial Driver’s License
• Veterans and Reservists are a plus!

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay range: $32 - $40/hour based on experience
