Your Day -to -Day:

In your role as a Crew Member or Assistant Crew Leader,
you'll experience a typical day working alongside skilled
colleagues, creating beautiful, long -lasting outdoor spaces for
our customers. Reporting directly to your crew leader, you'll
contribute to a team that values efficiency, problem -solving, and
a strong commitment to showing up and giving your best effort.

The ideal candidate for this position is someone who has a

Requirements

To join our
team, we ask that you meet the following essential requirements, which
reflex our commitment to safety and professionalism:

Experience:

Assistant Crew Leader: $24 per
hour

1+ years experience in framing, carpentry,
or deck building.

Crew Member: $20 per hour

6 months + experience in a building trades
position. Ability to read a tape measure and identify tools.

Transportation:

Posses a valid driver’s license and
reliable transportation to ensure consistent on -time arrival to job
sites.

Communication:

Excellent communication skills written and
verbal

Physical Requirements:

The ability to bend, stoop, and lift 50
pounds with prolonged standing.
