Veritas System Builders is hiring reliable construction professionals who enjoy working hard, learning new skills, and building quality structures.

Our team installs PERKA, BARNfixer, and Miracle Truss® hybrid building systems—a combination of structural steel and traditional framing used for shops, barns, commercial buildings, and specialty structures.

Our work is led by a Construction Engineering graduate with nearly 15 years of experience and supervised by a 20+ year construction veteran who successfully ran his own company.

Every project is carefully planned before we start, helping our crews work safer, smarter, and more efficiently.

Pay & Growth Opportunities

$20–$32 per hour based on skill, experience, and performance

Entry-Level (Coachability + Work Ethic): $20–$24
Skilled Installer (2–5 years relevant experience): $24–$27
Highly Skilled / Lead-Level Professional/Role Model Work Ethic $27–$32

Employees usually meet at the shop headquarters, with occasional direct-to-jobsite starts. Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Install steel and hybrid building systems
• Assist with framing, metal siding, and metal roofing installation
• Read and follow blueprints and construction plans
• Measure and cut materials accurately using tape measures and tools
• Work safely at heights when necessary
• Maintain clean, organized job sites
• Work collaboratively with the crew to complete projects efficiently

Qualifications

• Construction experience preferred (steel buildings, framing, roofing, siding, carpentry, or general construction)
• Ability to read a tape measure and construction drawings
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physical work
• Willingness to learn and improve skills
• Team-player attitude
