Construction Project Manager

SERVPRO of Rapid City is looking for a motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish. Roofing and siding experience is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage reconstruction projects from assignment through completion
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, materials, and customer communication
• Keep projects on time, within budget, and aligned with quality standards
• Handle documentation, change orders, supplements, and project updates
• Conduct site visits and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and crews simultaneously
• Existing subcontractor network preferred
• Ability to meet established production goals and maintain profitability
• Roofing and siding experience preferred

• Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat
• Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods of times (i.e., driving, sitting, climbing)
• Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
• Ability to access tight or crowed spaces (i.e. attics, crawl spaces)
• Exposure to noise levels at jobsites that can be loud
