Location: This is a fully on-site opportunity based in Washington, DC, supporting projects throughout the DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia area. No remote work is available.

Job Description
- Manage landscape construction projects from preconstruction planning and estimating through execution and closeout.
- Prepare detailed construction estimates, budgets, material requirements, and project plans.
- Build and maintain schedules across multiple crews and active projects.
- Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, vendors, and other resources to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Serve as a technical resource for landscape construction methods, hardscaping, materials, equipment, and installation best practices.
- Partner with designers and foremen to ensure a smooth transition from design through field installation.
- Monitor project costs, identify variances, and find opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate pricing, project data, and product information within company systems.
- Communicate directly with clients throughout projects and address questions or concerns professionally.
- Build strong vendor relationships and support reliable, cost-effective procurement.
- Train and support team members on equipment, landscaping, hardscaping, carpentry, and construction best practices.
- Work with leadership to improve operational systems, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven landscape construction project management or operations management experience.
- 3+ years of directly relevant experience recommended.
- Strong knowledge of landscape construction, hardscaping, construction detailing, materials, tools, and heavy equipment.
- Experience with estimating, budgeting, procurement, project scheduling, and cost control.
- Ability to manage multiple crews and projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent client, vendor, and team communication skills.
- Comfortable using project management software and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, hands-on construction environment.
