Construction Project Manager

Job Summary:

The project manager position is primarily responsible for successfully managing of all phases of 4 to 8 construction projects simultaneously from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee all phases of construction projects from planning and design through execution and final delivery.


• Budgeting & Scheduling: Develop and maintain project budgets and timelines, ensuring all resources are utilized effectively.


• Documentation: Manage project billings and change orders, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders.


• Team Coordination: Collaborate with architects, subcontractors, and clients to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.


• Quality Control: Monitor project progress and quality, addressing issues proactively to maintain project standards.


• Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status, budget, and timelines.


• Tools & Technology: Utilize MS Office and other project management tools.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree


• 5+ years of project management experience


• 2+ years of experience in construction


• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel


• Superior interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)


• Organized, able to multi-task and facilitate processes under tight deadlines


• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Salary:

• $140,000-160,000 base salary (based on experience)


• Holiday bonus based on company and individual performance (10-15% of salary)
