Procon is seeking a Construction Project Manager to support a high-visibility federal program across a diverse facilities and infrastructure portfolio. This onsite role will manage complex design and construction projects from planning through closeout, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure projects meet established scope, budget, schedule, quality, and mission requirements.

Qualifications and Skills
Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph preferred.
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, or 7+ years of experience managing complex projects in lieu of a degree.
Experience developing project management plans and managing projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as Microsoft Project.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and other technical documentation.
Knowledge of standard construction industry practices, building codes, and project delivery processes.
Strong customer service, stakeholder engagement, communication, and organizational skills.
Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
Experience with new building construction preferred.
Responsibilities and Duties
Develop and maintain project management plans for complex design and construction projects.
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, contractors, field personnel, and stakeholders.
Manage projects throughout the lifecycle to ensure adherence to scope, budget, schedule, quality, and applicable standards.
Review facility designs, construction drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and submittals.
Coordinate project requirements and construction activities with field personnel and integrated project teams.
Conduct inspections to verify compliance with design specifications, building codes, and project requirements.
Prepare weekly project status reports and communicate progress, risks, and key issues to customers, management, and stakeholders.
Collect project requirements, develop scopes of work, conduct market research, and prepare supporting acquisition documentation as needed.
Maintain and track contract change requests and other project documentation.
Conduct and approve punch-list activities and support project closeout and property turnover.
