Consultant EVIP Relocation
Primary Function
The Premier Executive Consultant serves as the Single Point of Coordination, owner, and navigator of the relocation process for senior-level / executive customers.
Responsible for delivering high-touch service, managing a reduced caseload, and ensuring timely, efficient support throughout the relocation process.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Service Delivery & Coordination
Serve as primary coordinator for all relocation phases
Deliver high-touch service through:
Proactive communication
Supplier coordination – onsite oversight of household goods moves
24/7 accessibility for emergencies
Needs assessments and documentation support
Book travel arrangements
Interpret and communicate supplier reports
Program & Product Execution
Demonstrate knowledge of CARTUS products/services
Administer relocation programs per company standards
Coordinate services across assigned customers
Supplier & Internal Coordination
Maintain relationships with internal/external stakeholders
Ensure alignment and service consistency
Revenue & Value Support
Identify cross-selling opportunities
Support revenue growth initiatives
Operational Responsibilities
Ensure data integrity in CARTUS systems
Track policy updates and communicate changes
Provide data input for customized reports
Participate in projects and training initiatives
Provide desk coverage as needed

Qualifications / Selection Criteria
Advanced proficiency in CARTUS systems (Atlas, Hex, Cartus Online) and Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Word), with the ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies)
Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of experience in relocation, mobility, or a client-focused service environment. Domestic Home Sale and/or Realtor experience preferred.
Onsite meetings are for oversight of household goods moves
Strong commitment to accuracy, process discipline, and data integrity across all aspects of work
Proven ability to analyze, problem solve, and independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build trust with executive-level clients
Demonstrated history of top-tier service performance, consistently delivering high-touch, client-centric experiences
Proven leadership mindset, with the ability to take ownership, drive results, and influence cross-functional partners without direct authority
Travel required – 25%, limited travel may occur on weekends in order to meet onsite commitments. High concentration of travel occurs May- September. Travel outside of work hours is compensated.
