Essential Requirements 

• 12+ years of related experience
• Advanced craft across research, strategy, and analytics
• Fluency with prototyping, experimentation, and product metrics
• Demonstrated impact via experiments, metrics, and outcomes
• Strong storytelling and influence skills

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Pragmatic Institute PMC, AIPMM CPM, SAFe PO/PM) and experience with analytics/experimentation tools

Compensation 

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $175,200 - $240,900 USD Annual.
