Contents / Cleaning Supervisor

Leading Insurance Restoration company in the Greenville,  Raleigh and Charlotte area quickly growing and expanding territory coverage and looking to fill positions.

•     Professional conduct able to sell the Contents Services to insurance adjusters, property managers and home owners
•    Quality customer service skills working with homeowners with the ability to:
o    ascertain and communicate proper cleaning/packing methods per item
o    ascertain and communicate approximate values of property upon inspection
o    discuss contracts and work authorizations with homeowners.
o    assess and meet homeowners needs in an emergency situation
o    communicate (verbally and in writing) progress of job to homeowner and adjusters
•    Cleaner (Contents Cleaning Tech certificate) an asset but not required
Experience in being responsible to both supervise and be actively / hands on involved with:
•    Organization and logistic planning
•    Managing small teams of people possibly in multiple locations
•    Planning ahead for multiple locations man power and supplies needed
On-site evaluation
•    Photograph or videotape contents to document damage.
•    Evaluate items for cleaning and restoration on or off-site.
•    Complete a Detailed inventory - listing all contents with corresponding inventory numbers and detailed description of condition on master inventory sheet.
•    Identify contents damaged beyond repair and document on total loss content list.
Pack-outs, Storage and Pack-ins
•    Pack residential and commercial goods in protective wrapping and boxes.
•    Transport contents by truck to cleaning and restoration facility.
•    Once cleaned and restored, place and track contents in secured vaults or large lock-up areas until ready to return.
Cleaning and restoration
•    Hand-clean, deodorize and treat contents according to standard industry guidelines and manufacturer specifications
•    Know when to use specialty appraisers and restorers to handle fine art and high-end electronics.
•    Excellent computer skills (email, excel, word, digital pictures, DASH)
•    Work well and communicate within a team environment
•    Perform assigned work in a timely manner and meet deadlines
•    Uphold all company policies and procedures
•    Work flexible hours
•    Positive attitude and Self-motivated
•    Valid insurable driver's license with clean driving record
•    Pass ongoing drug tests and criminal background checks
