Contract Management Representative

What You Can Expect

• ​​Validate Energy Contracts prior to mailing/emailing to end customers within the established SLAs 


• Perform deal closing process, contract validation process, and contract setup process.


• ​Escalate discrepancies to the Sales, using email, phone calls and issue tracking system, relying on knowledge of the Validation  proces

What You’ll Bring

• ​High School Diploma 


• ​Minimum two (2) years of retail energy experience, experience dealing with sales staff and end use customers, preferably related to contract mangement 


• ​Intermediate to advanced navigation skills to use Microsoft Office products required. Primary daily use of Excel, Outlook. 


• ​Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with possible overtime and heavy multi-tasking  


• ​Ability to recognize and make recommendation regarding new technology applications that result in some or all the following: 
  
  
  
  • ​reduce process costs,  
  
  
  • ​improve throughput,  
  
  
  • ​improve company profitability,  
  
  
  • ​and improve overall customer satisfaction
