Controller

Roessel Joy has partnered with an established manufacturing company on a new Controller opportunity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background owning the month\-end\-close, working hands\-on within the GL, and staff management experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the budgeting & forecasting processes.
  


• Oversee Cash Flow projections.
  


• Own the month\-end\-close process.
  


• Work hands\-on within the GL.
  


• Oversee AP/AR teams.
  


• Work cross functionally to improve financial processes.
  


• Ad hoc projects as needed.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance.
  


• 5+ years of accounting experience.
  


• Experience owning the month\-end\-close.
  


• Manufacturing experience is nice to have.
