A large, respected hospital in Paris, Texas is seeking an experienced Controller to join its leadership team and partner closely with the CFO to drive financial excellence across the organization.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a finance professional with hospital experience who is looking to make a meaningful impact within a healthcare organization dedicated to exceptional patient care and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

â Provide financial leadership and strategic direction for the department

â Develop and implement departmental goals, plans, and standards aligned with organizational objectives

â Oversee departmental operations, quality initiatives, and service delivery standards

â Manage staffing activities including hiring, performance evaluations, and professional development

â Prepare, monitor, and manage departmental budgets and financial performance

â Coordinate and direct internal and external audits

â Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth

â Ensure operational compliance with organizational, legal, and ethical standards

Requirements

Qualifications:

â Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
