Controller

OneSource is working with a privately owned, established and growing Lafayette, LA area client in the industrial space on a Controller search. Our client is in growth mode and needing to bring on an experienced accounting professional to increase the departments bandwidth and work directly with the CFO. The role will oversee the accounting operations, financial reporting, assist with M&A efforts, and work on scalable continuous improvement efforts. The position is onsite and managing a sizeable team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required with CPA strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, to include supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Technically proficient - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with larger ERP systems required.
• Experience supporting multiple business entities or a complex organizational structure is preferred.
