Controls Estimator

We are a large growing controls contractor that works on many hvac-controls projects. This is a full-time position with great benefits, retirement package, and plenty of room for career growth.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare Controls Estimate take-offs.


• Coordinate with general contractors, primary mechanical contractors, designers and engineers on identifying changes or modifications for estimates.


• Meet with clients, Engineering, Estimating, and Sales departments to develop and evaluate necessary data that needs to be gathered for an effective, profitable winning bids for upcoming projects and 

Requirements:

• Local


• Stable work history.


• 3+ years of Estimating field experience working on controls/building automation projects.


• Knowledge in: OSHPD, Title 24, and other CA-State Building Codes are preferred.


• Software knowledge in Mechanical systems, Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel), and other estimating software are a plus.
