Controls Technician

We are a large growing mechanical contractor that works on many complex and cutting-edge controls systems projects.This is a full-time position with great benefits, retirement package, and plenty of room for career growth.

Responsibilities:

• Identify code issues.


• Complete commissioning and testing of systems.


• Coordinates with mechanical contractors for installation.


• Troubleshoot and repair local controllers, communication wiring, and programs.


• Train and mentor: apprentices and more junior technicians to grow within the company.

Requirements:

• Local


• Stable Work History


• 3+ years’ experience in building controls and automation, including installation, troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair of emergency management systems.


• Proficient in software, programming, and Building Automation Systems.


• Associates in Electronics or Vocational Certifications in HVAC/Electrical Controls Systems.
