Position: Fluid Dynamics and Convection Stability Physicist (PhD)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $80–$110/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: 8 to 10 weeks
Commitment: 10 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate research-level physics problems in your subfield to enhance AI model reasoning.
• Design and solve complex problems, ensuring solutions are verifiable by specialists.
• Review and audit completed work to maintain high standards of model outputs.
• Collaborate asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.
• Utilize LaTeX, Python, and Jupyter for problem-solving and documentation.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• PhD in fluid mechanics, applied mathematics, mechanical engineering, or a closely related field.
• Published work on convection stability specifically.
• Verifiable publication record with three to five representative papers.
• Working proficiency with LaTeX, Python, and Jupyter.
• English at B2 or above, including written reasoning.
