BASIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare foods needed for breakfast and lunch in accordance with established procedures and sanitary regulations.
  • Follow spread sheets and standardized menus.
  • Record all meal temperatures and equipment temperatures.
  • Maintain a neat, clean work environment.
  • Complete production as assigned by supervisor.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning duties as assigned.
  • Timely meal services.
  • Supervise dietary staff in supervisor’s absence.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Shifts: Days and Evening

Hours: Varies with shift

Department: Dietary

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

  • Read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • High school graduate or GED
  • Knowledge of safe equipment use.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to reach and bend.
  • Ability to calculate weights and measures.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs.
  • Ability to do basic math calculations.
