Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of food items using different kitchen equipment
• Maintain quality and portion control standards
• Keep the work station clean and sanitary
• Assist in food prep during off-peak times
• Follow closing procedures and attend employee meetings

Physical Requirements:

• Clear communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Manual dexterity and ability to follow instructions
• Stand for long periods of time

Working Conditions:

• May work indoors or outdoors
• Varied weather conditions
• Exposure to moving parts and chemicals
