Position Overview

The Corporate Café Cook (Full-Time) plays a key role in delivering high-quality food and exceptional service to employees and guests in the O.C. Tanner Corporate Café. This role supports daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and assisting with special events or banquets.

We are looking for a motivated team player who enjoys working in a fun, dynamic environment with a strong emphasis on hospitality and teamwork. Training and development will be provided to help the right candidate succeed and grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to café standards and recipes

• Assist with daily food preparation and kitchen setup

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service

• Interact positively with guests and coworkers to create a welcoming dining experience

• Contribute ideas for menu items and food offerings

• Assist with banquet and table service as needed

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment

• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

Qualifications

• Previous hotel or restaurant experience preferred but not required

• Passion for food and hospitality

• Reliable, motivated, and flexible team player

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Must obtain a Food Handler’s Permit (easy to acquire)
