Job Description:

• Maintaining a sanitized and well-organized kitchen.
• Cleaning pots and pans.
• Put away and stock supplies to appropriate shelves.
• Preparing workstations and kitchen equipment.
• Checking ingredient quality and preparing them using various techniques.
• Cooking food with culinary expertise and ensuring appealing presentation.
• Managing food storage, stock, and ingredient orders.

Requirements:

• Any experience is welcome. We will train you in everything you need to know.
• Food Handlers Certification. Must be obtained within 30 days of hire. King Mediterrano will cover all costs associated with the training program and exam. All time spent in training and testing will be compensated at your regular hourly rate.
• Skilled in operating kitchen equipment and various cooking techniques.
• Knowledge of and adherence to sanitation procedures.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and act quickly in a fast-paced environment.
