Come join our cooking & catering team at 228Cocina, a fast-paced growing food truck!!! The cooking & catering staff must be able to work nights & weekends.   This position will adhere to item recipes and assist in food production.

Responsibilities

• Prep food for events & daily operations


• Cleaning kitchen and outside dining area


• Cook food to order


• Take orders from customers

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED


• Ability to work shifts and weekends


• Ability to withstand outside elements


• Ability to stand for long periods


• Physical fitness & stamina to work in a kitchen environment


• Ability to prep food with proper kitchen skills


• Food Handler Certification a PLUS!!!!!!
