Cook - Banquet - Steady Extra (Paris LV)

The Banquet Cook is responsible for preparing food for banquets
 

• Prior line cooking experience including Sautee, grill, fry oven and steam.
• Possesss a team player attitude and be flexible.
• Understand and have basic knowledge of sanitation procedures.
• Prior cooking experience plus 2-3 years prior cooking experience

• Work requires effective communication in English, both verbal and written form in a professional manner.
• Must present a neat and professional appearance.
• Work requires teamwork with other staff members.
• Work prefers 2-3 years cook experience.
• Ability to read and follow directions from recipes.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• High volume, fast paced, with frequent interruptions. 
• Requires regular lifting and moving of furniture. 
•  Must interface well with co-workers and management.  
• Long hours involved, flexible working hours and available on weekends and holidays. 
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and pull/push up to 150 pounds. Able to work in temperatures ranging between 40 and 110. Ability to stand for long periods of time. 
• Able to bend, lift, and reach throughout shift.
